Naad Yoga

The moment sound becomes the path itself

Naad Yoga is not a metaphor; it is a method: vibration used deliberately to dissolve the distance between the self that struggles and the self that is always free. This painting is not a portrait. It is a map.

Saraswati sits cross-legged in blue, her water element, veena across her lap, gaze turned inward. At her base a red root chakra holds a coiled serpent; at her heart a green mandala opens; her crown erupts upward in gold. On either side, wings carry open eyes in every direction, consciousness watching from all angles at once.

In Naad Yoga, the veena's strings are the nadis, subtle channels through which prana moves, and each note played in full attention is a chakra opening. The painting makes this visible: kundalini rises from the red root, through the green heart at her chest, toward the crown erupting in light. The multiplying eyes around her are not ornament; they are the expanding field of awareness that arrives as each layer of maya thins.

The blue she wears is her element, water, flow, the ground from which wisdom rises. The veena she holds is also yours: every act of genuine attention is a string on the same instrument. Naad Yoga begins the moment you stop playing for anyone else.
